Background: The global car tyre industry is growing at 2% p.a, the rise in raw materials costs is greater than that. The Australian industry is being challenged by competitively priced imports. So how does Goodyear compete in the future?

Outcome: Team Marketing supplied a green, cost-saving recommendation that included an additional income stream

Team managed marketing for TLC IT, and brought in coordinators to implement the annual marketing plan. TLC was ranked in BRW’s fastest 50 growing companies in Australia.

Task: To create a food brochure for restaurants in the area. The Dandenong, Springvale and Noble Park region is the most diverse eating establishments in Australia. There is a authentic mix of Middle Eastern, Asian and European food.

Outcome: Booklet was completed with sign-off with all restaurants. 

Job: Ocean Time Marine (OTM) required marketing assistance with their brand and direction on their marketing activities.

Outcome: Team provided a marketing presentation on marketing orientation and a six-month marketing plan. OTM today is operating very well with most of its business coming from oversea.
